By practicing metta in meditation and daily living, a contentment for all beings, including ourselves, is cultivated.

Buddha's teachings, Kerry Alan Rasp (my meditation teacher), Jessica (my Dharma peer-teacher), my post-MBSR peers, and sanghas serve as inspiration.

Practicing metta inclines the heart to healthy intentions and actions resulting in clarity of mind and calmness.
