What we're about
Let's come together to explore Mindfulness practice in meditation and daily living. Sangha (group of like-minded persons) will create a supportive space for practice.
Each week a different guided Mindfulness meditation and discussion will be offered by Debbie Steincolor. Kerry Rasp, skillful meditation teacher, oversees sangha. Kerry & Jessica O'Neill, MBSR teacher-in-training, serve as inspiration. You might experience a gently guided meditation with Kerry or Jessica when I'm away at a retreat or elsewhere.
Studies reflect that cultivating a Mindfulness practice lessens stress, anxiety, depression and increases calmness, clarity of mind, and living with ease even during rough patches.
All are welcome---whether you're new(er) to meditation, an MBSR student or graduate, or an experienced practitioner. It's up to you how regularly you come.
Dana ($10. donation) will be appreciated to offset teaching expenses.
