The purpose of this meetup is to learn about vibrant, mindful living through food and mindfulness practice.
Learn about the benefits of the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), a nutrient-dense, whole foods approach for people with chronic health issues, autoimmune disease, or anyone who wants to live a healthier, more vibrant life.
At our events, I will share nutrition tips, recipes, and resources for cooking with whole foods. We will explore some gentle mindfulness practices (Sheng Zhen Meditation) that calm and open the heart. And we will look at the ins and outs of using the AIP protocol.
I started this group because AIP has helped me with my own autoimmune issues. Now AIP is taking off all around the country, helping people of all ages. Autoimmune or chronic health issues don't have to define us. Learn how simple, real foods and gentle mindfulness practices can open your heart and bring vibrant wellness.

Inspired AIP Meetup and Cooking Club
Saturday, October 26, 9:30-11:30
9:30-10:00 Settle in, put food away and do a brief meditation
10:00 Short presentation on the importance of good digestion, and how this affects us autoimmune types in particular.
10:15 - 11:30 Let’s cook and eat! If it’s nice out, we have outdoor tables with umbrellas and can make an outdoor feast.
If you prefer to skip the meditation part, just show up at 10:00!
