Some of you ask WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY meditate?
Stillness inspires the heart and the mind responds. We will lightly discuss different aspects of the mind, the science of the brain, and the meaning behind heart presence. Together, we will create clarity and an understanding of how the mind and heart may be inspired to work together.
Following the discussion, Julie Anna will guide the participants in a meditation.
