What we're about

IMC SoCal is for independent consultants who consult with management and those are thinking of becoming a consultant. Our members are those who want to:

• learn how to start a consulting practice,

• grow your existing consulting business, and

• experience continuous learning related to the consulting profession.

Please note: Event attendees register through the IMC site (https://www.imcusa.org/members/member_engagement/groups.aspx?id=38626) or pay at the door.

Our programs cover business development, marketing, consulting methodologies, leadership, ethics, technology, business strategy and more. We begin and end our meetings with networking time, and each program typically includes breakfast, attendee introductions, a speaker program, discussion and interaction. We augment our monthly programs with a Summer Social and webinars. Our monthly programs are available in-person near LAX and via Zoom livestream video conferencing online.

Our experienced members share their experiences and mentor new members. If you're a consultant or thinking of becoming one, join our IMC SoCal community. You don't have to create and build your consulting practice alone, possibly making the same mistakes others have before you. At IMC USA, you'll learn from other successful consultants how to run your business, what tools and technologies help improve productivity, and tips and techniques for operating your business and engaging with clients.
