Philcon, General SF Con & PSFS (Philadelphia SF Society)

Philcon is one of the oldest General Science Fiction Conventions around, and takes place November 8-10 at The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill, NJ. PHilcon is run by PSFS, (The Philadelphia Science Fiction Society), which meets monthly and is open to the public. Philcon has a Writer's Workshop, an Art Show, an Anime Room, a gaming area, a Masquerade, and more!! ALso, PSFS has a Monthly Book Discussion which is open to the public.
