Internal Energy Fun - Tai Ji Quan Meetup

The class starts with Internal Energy practices that promote good energy flow, balance, and a calm state of mind and are fun. The practices are based in Nei Gong and Tai Ji practices.

The second part of the class focuses on Tai Ji Chaun, which is an excellent internal energy and meditative practice. It's also a potent martial art. We will focus on a traditional Yang style.

The cost for this class is $10.
