This trip is open to all ages. April 2 is the deadline to register and pay. Trip Itinerary (The order in which we do these activities could change based on weather or unexpected circumstances.) Saturday May 18 Depart BWI at 6:15am- layover in Fort Lauderdale- arrive in Belize City at 11:25am Visit the Belize Zoo on the way to San Ignacio Sunday May 19 Day trip to Tobacco Cay for snorkeling and beach day Monday May 20 Shopping at the Farmer’s Market and in town for supplies, learn to make chocolate from cacao beans. Tuesday May 21 Cook and enjoy breakfast with school kids, visit Faith Nazarene and Santa Familia schools to do art activities with the kids. Wednesday May 22 Visit the Mayan Women’s group for pottery and cooking and enjoy lunch with them Thursday May 23 Cook and enjoy breakfast with school kids, deliver gifts to children in the hospital, visit and do activities with residents of a “home for the aged”. Friday May 24 Visit the Amish and Mennonite communities Saturday May 25 Mountain Pine Ridge for Big Rock Falls, Rio on Pools, and Caracol (Mayan ruins) Sunday May 26 Depart for BWI from Belize City at 12:20pm with a layover in Fort Lauderdale- arrive at BWI 10:20pm Cost Prices includes round trip airfare from BWI, hotel in Belize for 8 nights, airport transfers in Belize, transportation to all planned activities, admission and participation costs for all planned activities, 2 breakfasts, and 1 lunch. $2000 per person over 18, double occupancy $2375 per person over 18, single occupancy $1875 per person 10-17 sharing a room with at 2 adults (*$1575 if sharing a room with 1 adult) $1675 per person 9 and younger sharing a room with 2 adults (*$1575 if sharing a room with 1 adult) (*Multiple kids sharing a room with one adult: The first kid pays $1700, the second and third kids pay the discounted rate.
