Calling all financially qualified investors who want to diversify their portfolio by investing in luxury income producing properties in the United States and overseas. Buying real estate could be challenging if you don't know the local markets and the applicable real estate taxes affecting your cash flow and return on your investment. This is a fun group designed to meet both domestic and international investors, networking and investing in real estate. We meet weekly at the Harvard Club, 27 W. 44th Street for drinks and conversation every Thursday evening from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
