This 2-hour presentation will give you an overview of Stanford University's & the Compassion Institute's Compassion Cultivation Training. CCT is an 8-week training that is based in contemplative wisdom and in modern psychology. This evidence-based program uses meditation and class exercises to improve our overall sense of well-being, foster self-compassion, increase resilience in face of adversity, protect against burnout and increase general happiness. The 8-week CCT will be offered in Petaluma starting January 2019.
