With good product management skills, you’ll be able to make the best decisions on the directions you should take your product, new features/products to launch, and ways you’ll measure success as you bring your product to market. To dive into this, we’re excited to chat with Matt Hamilton, VP of Product at Novo, the operating system for businesses through powerfully simple technology and the most personalized service in banking. Prior to Novo, Matt was the VP of Product at Stash. Join us as we discuss What it takes to bring a product from MVP to launch Best practices for product management and development How to prioritize features and build your product roadmap How to measure success for your products, and iterate on them About our guests Matt was an early employee at Venmo, working on many aspects of the product through 2 acquisitions, starting as a software engineer and ending as a Senior Product Manager. He helped build likes, design and launch the Developer/Payouts API and ran the Money team while Venmo scaled to >$1 billion in volume/month. In 2017, he joined Stash as VP Product, growing the product team from 2 to 10 on the philosophy of being data- and customer-driven. Under Matt’s leadership his team was able to dramatically improve their conversion funnel, launch Retirement accounts and build the foundation of the Stash debit card. You may find that strategies you use earlier in the year will not work at the end of the year, so what should you do to help close existing pipeline, further develop leads, or build relationships for a strong Q1 start? To learn more about ways you can win more deals in Q4, we’re excited to host Meghann Misiak, Sales Strategist, Coach, & Trainer for B2B Sales Teams. Meghann is currently a consultant where she helps startups with mid-funnel sales strategies, ranging from discovery through negotiation. Prior to this, she was the Associate Director of Go-To-Market Training at Movable Ink where she built 3 training programs from the ground-up that helped them achieve record amounts of bookings and closed deals. Join us as we learn about some of her favorite sales strategies, and ways you can win more deals now!
