Are you someone who feels the emotional energy of the room as soon as you walk in? And that energy can overwhelm you? As you go about your day, do you feel the emotions & pains of others, as if they are your own? Are you often told you are too sensitive? Or you avoid going out often because being around others/crowds can drain your energy? You are probably an Empath. You "see" the world with a whole different perspective — with your feelings or sense of knowing — which others don’t seem to understand.

The Empath Meetup is meant as a place for those with Empath traits to come together with others who understand this additional "sense". Each meetup will have a topic related to being an Empath for us to discuss in a gentle, respectful way. We will strive to uplift and support each other to navigate through the day-to-day challenges Empaths tend to have.

This will be a monthly group; recurring monthly date TBD.

COST: Donation at the door requested ($10 suggested) to cover venue rental and other expenses related to group administration. However, any amount you can afford is appreciated, as long as you participate in the flow (Law of Giving and Receiving). Give as you are guided and for the value you receive from the group.

About the facilitator:
​Wendy has always been interested about how environment affects our inner being. She studied the external environment through her Bachelors of Applied Arts in Interior & Industrial Design. However, she realized that is not the whole picture when it relates to a person's sense of inner peace. So she enriched her perspective by studying the energetic environment, as well through creativity counselling, intuition improvement, and general self-growth using a "start from within" approach. She eventually recognized that she "felt" a different way than others, coming to the conclusion that she has Empath characteristics.
