INCA Monthly Meeting- Design for Manufacturability with Ara Bogosian

The Presentation will be by: Ara Bogosian – “Design for Manufacturability” – over 20 years of mechanical and product design engineering experience. In this lesson, participants will learn about the multiple phases of Product Design for Patenting, Prototyping and Manufacturability. An invention is worthless if it can’t be manufactured. Most inventors and designers know this but may assume that these problems will be resolved during the prototype phase – at the inventors expense. Ara will highlight the primary considerations, and pitfalls, of product design – when preparing your inventions for prototyping, patenting and manufacturing – helping you reduce many expensive and idea-killing surprises during the product development process.
