Rentals 2 Retirement Workshop with Brad Podhajsky & Travis Abbott

Brad Podhajsky and Travis Abbott, two of Colorado's most seasoned and successful investors join us in February to share information not to be missed if your intent is to build wealth in real estate. You will likely recognize Brad as President of Investor's Realty Resource of Colorado (IRROC), one of Colorado's biggest investment associations. Brad and Travis will bring an interactive workshop to the INC February meeting that they typically hold "down south" for packed houses. The "Rentals 2 Retirement" Workshop is all about creating a cash flowing portfolio of free and clear properties starting with as little as $5,000. The workshop is particularly for investors who: - have a strong desire to build wealth through real estate - would like to have a cash flowing portfolio of free-and-clear properties for retirement - work a full-time job or have a lot on your plate and would like to invest in rental properties but haven't found the right partner/fit Brad and Travis will share: - How to build your net worth through the "twin pillars of real estate investing" - How being just slightly intentional about your investing can build a passive income stream that will last through generations. This month's workshop will also include information about Brad and Travis's business model focused on ways you can participate in owning rental properties where they do all the work, and you just receive checks. Our INC model supports all of our members to share their businesses and ways to partner and grow their businesses (which is why we don't have sponsors). This presentation will not only offer that information, but will show you a great example for presenting joint venture opportunities to others. If you are looking for a passive investment that will allow you to build you net worth through real estate without having to quit your job or taking excessive risk, you don't want to miss this workshop! About Brad and Travis: Travis has lived in Colorado since 1977 and has been an active real estate investor since 1996. He has purchased, renovated, rented and sold more than 500 commercial and residential properties in the last eight years in CO, KS, and MO. Brad is the President of Investor's Realty Resource of Colorado (IRROC), one of the largest and fastest growing real estate investment clubs in the Rocky Mountain Region. Brad is well known for his creative deal structuring, wholesaling, and investor brokerage services in the greater Denver Metropolitan area. PLUS A REALLY fun addition to this month's meeting! Members Laura and Tony Spandrio give us an outstanding model of two investors and business owners who are out of the rat race. Congrats to them!!! Before their life on the road RV life adventure begins, they are passing on incredibly valuable educational programs and materials by bringing them to this month's meeting. All materials will be sold at $1 or $2!! We will make these available during the 6:00 - 6:30 networking portion of the meeting and after the meeting at 8:30. Bring cash to pay the Spandrios directly - think of the coffee stops along their adventure that you'll support (well, maybe ONE at these prices)! About INC's Model: INC began in 2012 with a model of using the meetings to brainstorm and "group think" about one another's investment questions and challenges. Our "Master Mind," facilitated networking approach is as relevant today as it was when we began. INC utilizes a real-world, adult, brain-based learning methodology. This active engagement model based on research, is the best method to solve problems, build productive relationships, learn and retain information and improve the quality of decisions that are vital to your investment success.

Investment Challenges? Tackle them through the group's Master Mind!

Our "Master Mind" approach is as relevant today as it was when we began. Come participate in our monthly gatherings to answer questions about your challenges, be in the crowd to brainstorm answers, or simply to learn from the discussion. Even if you already take part in a mastermind group, the INC meetings help to further process your ideas, gather new resources/approaches, and activate your plans. Listening to other's challenges, participating in the brainstorming, and hearing ideas and resources from others is a perfect example of INCs model in action.
