IoT Meetup #3: Wireless Communication for IoT

Hello IoT enthusiasts!

Happy new year! Wish you many new and exciting projects in the coming 2016.

1. As we all know connectivity is an inseparable part of IoT, so this time our friend Alex (Alexandru-Sabin) will touch upon the topic of wireless communications for IoT.
He will talk about (preliminary plan - more details are about to come):

- Basics of wireless communications

- Тhe constraints that enforced on the. communication channel, how are they addressed.

- Existing solutions for short/mid/long range, communication patterns.

- What's next in the field.

2. Afterwards, I will show the results from the demo from the last meetup.

3. Finally, as usual, we will have our open discussion. When this time we will also discuss what goals do we have and want to set for the meetup in 2016.

Lets note that this time our meetup is hosted by Uffe Koch (Miracle) and Christoffer Mørch (Ideaal) so lets all say: Thank you guys! :)

Also note that this time seats will be limited to 30.
