Abstract
In his previous presentation to the IoT Texas Meetup, Ron Giblin, Solution Architect and author of Raising Your Game During the Age of AI, an AI strategy book endorsed by Toyota Motor North America, explored Agentic AI and the New Division of Labor, keeping executives focused on core business alignment as increasingly autonomous technologies enter the enterprise.

This presentation takes the next step toward defining human-centric value and mapping it into governed intelligence, workflows, and digital architecture.

Ron’s central proposition is straightforward: Modernizing business practice and technology is logical. Replacing foundational human competence with rented, highly subsidized digital intelligence is something else entirely.

Bio
Ron Giblin is a business and technology strategist, AI solution architect, and long-time systems practitioner focused on First Principles AI and human-centric digital architecture.

His work combines strategic foresight, business architecture, and technical systems thinking to develop frameworks that translate emerging technology into tangible business outcomes.

He helps organizations approach technology not simply as disruption, but as an extension of their mission, operating model, competencies, and culture.

As AI has raced ahead, Ron’s enterprise engagement work has focused on ensuring that humanity and human-centric value creation are not displaced by vendor-led strategy and design.

He currently helps organizations build grounded, ROI-driven roadmaps that reduce digital risk, while avoiding vendor capture and unsustainable token economics, and create durable human-centric business advantage.

These meetings are now held at in the Event Center at HEXA Coworking. The Event Center is on the east side of the facility (enter either from the central courtyard or from the east side of the complex). HEXA is located just west of the intersection of N. Greenville Ave. and Glenville Ave.
