What we're about
For good or bad, the Matrix is coming. The Internet of Things. IoT. What is it and why does it matter?
According to Global Standards Initiative, IoT is the global infrastructure for the information society, enabling advanced services by interconnecting (physical and virtual) things based on existing and evolving interoperable information and communication technologies.
Essentially, IoT is about connectivity and data, and its evolving ecosystem is driven by mobility and convergence. Whether you're a software developer, hardware engineer or tech evangelist, it's up to us to shape the future.
What we want to become, Star Trek or Skynet (Terminator), starts here.

Mozee aims to pioneer the creation of a fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the necessary infrastructure to back it up. Here at Mozee we truly believe to go places in life, you have to be able to move freely. Which is why we're starting with the 45% of Americans who don't have easy access to mass transit. We're building a purposeful vehicle from ground up.

*** The 3rd Friday IoT Breakfast ***
These are monthly meetings of Internet of Things (IoT) technologists, business execs, entrepreneurs and end users. These folks represent all aspects of the IoT ecosystem from end device/sensor makers and edge computing experts to connectivity gurus (both wireless and wired) as well as backend specialists with expertise in computers, cloud, analytic tools, artificial intelligence plus system designers/architects and system integrators, etc.
Our meetings officially start at 7:30 am CT and at 7:40 we go around the room and hear 30-second introductions from each attendee. However, some folks get there at 7 am when the doors open… and some stay until 10 am or later networking and collaborating with other IoT professionals.
Complementary coffee and bottled water are available. The kitchen was closed due to Covid. However, you're welcome to bring your own breakfast food.

Come join us and hear Bill James (https://www.linkedin.com/in/bill-james-78bb953/)
talk about:
What are JPods?
JPods are rail networks from which ultralight vehicles carry people and cargo using 1/10th the energy of cars, passenger-trains, and buses.
More details at: https://jpods.com/ and https://jpodstx.com/home/
Jpods can solve this:
PROBLEM
- Burning energy moving 2-tons to move a person.
SOLUTION
- JPods Networks preempt these defects by moving ultra-light self-driving cars suspended from an overhead guideway.
- To be energy self-reliant, we use the structure of that guideway to deploy the solar collectors to gather the energy needed.
- The result is urban traffic costs are cut by 10X to provide on-demand mobility regardless of age, ability, or wealth.
