Hello everyone,

We are delighted to confirm the details for the the first Ipswich AWS User Group UK event on Thurs 29th September 2016.

18:30 : Arrival – Beer & Pizza!

18:45: Free raffle tickets – you’ll be able to win some AWS T-shirts & IoT button!

19:00 : Introduction, by Mark Stancombe-Duhm, user group organiser

19:15 : Session 1 – Sam Parsons & Phil Basford from Palringo will talk about "Palringo's journey from data centre to the cloud”.

Palringo Group Messenger is a community-oriented messaging and gaming app for Windows, OS X, iOS and Android. The platform allows users to form and join large groups based on common interests, send instant messages and drop images and voice recordings into conversations. Launched in 2006, Palringo has 45 million installed users worldwide and offers a range of games along with more than 350,000 groups, some of which have up to 2,000 members. Headquartered in London, Palringo has offices in Newcastle, Ipswich, Gothenburg and Helsinki.

• Train – Ipswich Train Station. Walk over the bridge on Princess Street and turn right onto River Path. Turn onto Bridge Streets and then follow the Foundry Lane. Turn right towards Common Quay and continue onto Wherry Quay.
