This is a group for anyone interested in sharing natural and holistic approaches to manage the crippling effects of stress, anxiety, feeling down in the dumps, or just not feeling mindful of things around you. You will connect with wellness-minded friends who can relate to you and create a supportive network! We will discuss different possible reasons for our stress, anxiety, feeling down, and share our story .
