Lots of New News!

It has been a while since last we wrote and is seems so much has changed! The Supper Club has just celebrated its first year at the Studio. With our membership growing, the space was beginning to feel a little cramped. We all love the studio, the space is just so cozy and having the kitchen in the same room really makes for a fun experience with Massimo, and so we just didn?t want to leave.

Well as luck would have it, our next door neighbours have decided to move and we were able to simply knock down the adjoining wall and expand our dining space. We had our very first expanded group at our Umbria Supper Club on Friday and it was a great success. If you haven?t been down in a while, now it a great time to book, we still have a couple of seats at our next Umbria event as well as our Buon Natale event in December.

More big news! We just launched the Cucina con la Famiglia, Italy Cooking School to be held April 2 ? 10, 2011 in Puglia, Italy. With Massimo as your guide, your driver and your cooking instructor, I can guarantee you will have fun while learning more than you thought you could in one week. Great food and great conversation amidst a beautiful backdrop, what more could you want in a vacation.

The Cucina con la Famiglia Cooking School will be held at Masseria Fumarola an 8th century Trullo. The Trulli are unique, cone shaped structures built by the ancient people of Puglia as shelter from the elements while tending their farms. These structures have become very popular in recent years and have been reclaimed and restored as guest houses. Our tour is limited to only 8 lucky guests, and we are selling fast, so don?t miss out, book now. Check out our website for this once in a lifetime trip or email me directly.

Finally and most importantly, we want to thank you for your support over this past year. It has been quite a journey of learning and eating and we are glad to have met many of you along the way. We hope to see you again soon; and, for those who haven?t been to one of our events, drop by soon, we always have room for one more!

Ciao, Ciao, Andrea & Massimo
