Good afternoon everyone,
First I want to thank all who came out on Friday to our first seating for Piemonte. Those who were there enjoyed an amazing meal and experienced Massimo's new Kitchen Studio. We had a great time sampling some superb wines brought by guests and enjoying them accompanied with wonderful food, including a couple of different fondues, tajarin (pasta) with shaved truffles, risotto and braised beef in Barolo wine, finishing with a warm chocolate souffle, it was truly a special evening and a big thanks to Massimo for his skills, talents and knowledge and for sharing these with us! The second seating is this coming Friday and for those who are registered, you are in for a treat!

I will be posting menus and getting out more details as we get closer to each of these events, however RSVP early as the individual events are filling up quickly. Also, for those of you thinking about the holidays, remember that Massimo is available to Chef at your private and corporate functions. How much fun would it be to have Massimo in Your Kitchen
over the holiday's taking care of the food so you have have fun with your guests!
Thanks again for becoming a part of this community and for making these events so much fun. I know for me, each of these evenings has been a discovery of amazing food, great conversation and mostly connecting with truly lovely people. I am looking forward to meeting those of you who haven't come out yet and for reconnecting again with those who have. Take care,
