Soave Classico party: enchanting white whine from Verona

At the beginning of 2013 Summer we are planning to drink a great white wine: Soave Classico DOC.
It is made in the region of Veneto in the area near Verona, the beautiful town well known for its Arena, a Roman amphitheatre, and for being the stage of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet".

Soave is one of the most famous white wine in Italy. It gives great perfumes and sensations, it's dry, it has a good body and it's fruity, with a bitter final taste.

We will make a compared tasting of two different bottles of different vineries of Soave Classico DOC, discovering colors, perfumes and tastes, talking with new friends in English, Japanese, or Italian...

Together with Soave wine (drink is ad libitum, of course...) we'll have fish base food, then coffee, ice cream...

Attendees will pay 3,500 yen per person.
