Sabrina, give us a call. We have some questions and she would have to go to Sunnyslope (our district) if so. I know it is best for her to keep her at Central, I have passed to some friends also but we are somewhat open with a private conversation but best for us is to have her at Sunnyslope or wait until next year ! Thanks Mary Fennello & John Daniels. [masked]. Tonight till 10:30 or tomorrow anytime is good.

>Ciao italiani e non-italiani I have a young lady from Italy who has recently arrived in Phoenix as an exchange student with the non-profit I volunteer for (www.aspectfoundatio She has a great host family at the moment but unfortunately they can no longer host her due to obligations out of the country and they will be away for a couple of months. I am trying to find her another family in the downtown phoenix area so she can stay at Central High School where, after only a couple of weeks, she has already made friends. I am not sure where you live and if this is something that may interest you, but please feel free to share with friends in the area that might be interested in learning more.
>She is a lovely young lady who enjoys the opera, singing, reading, travel, volleyball and tennis. She has two older siblings in Italy, but neither of them live at home, so having her live in a home without kids would not be a problem, but she would also do fine with kids, as they just moved out a couple of years ago. She appears to be quite independent and enjoys taking the light rail to get to school, she is enrolled at Central High School, and I would prefer to keep her enrolled there. They have an excellent international Bac program and she has already made friends and joined Choir.
>Phoenix Union is an open district, so the new host family can live anywhere in Phoenix, as long as she can take public transportation to school or the family would be willing to provide her with transportation to and from.
>I am happy to discuss further via telephone or in person with anyone who may be interested and answer any questions or concerns. This is a year-long commitment but is such a rewarding experience, for both the host family and the student. Her return flight has not yet been set, but will be around the last week of May 2013. She will remain in the U.S. through all holidays, etc.
>If you are interested or know someone who may be interested please message me and I will provide my email and phone number for additional information.
>Grazie Mille!
