Join the legendary Matt Webb for an in-person evening of historic and progressive Interaction Design exploring his venns of embodiment, AI, and multiplayer.

Expect tangible examples of his progressive thinking including his infamous GPT-driven poetry clock, cute multi-player examples, examples dug from computing history, and more from his fertile library of future interactions.

NB. There WAS a tube strike planned, but that has now been called off. We ask for a donation for the ticket, which we will refund if you stay until the end of the event (unless you want to donate), to encourage attendance for the limited space. Tickets available from 12pm Wed 19 July.

About Matt Webb
Matt currently works in product invention via his new boutique vehicle, Acts Not Facts helping orgs in we-need-to-figure-it-out mode.
Previously, he was CPO at a super early stage startup HQ’d in London, heading up design and product exploration in the multiplayer web.
Over 2020—2022, as a consultant, he was part of the editorial team on an internal publication with the Google AI group, bridging the research and product organisations.

Matt was MD of two London startup accelerators with R/GA Ventures. Before that he was CEO and co-founder of the design studio BERG (here’s the public work) where he and his colleagues invented new software products for clients, shipped their own consumer electronics, had work added to the permanent collection of the New York MoMA, got recognised by Fast Company as one of the world's most innovative companies, and span out a venture-backed Internet of Things platform startup.

He writes regularly on technology and speculative design at interconnected.org.
