Interaction Design and Prototyping within Uncharted Domains: Big Data Visualization, Gestural Interface and Heads Up Displays
In this talk Tim Stutts (http://cargocollective.com/timstutts), currently a Senior Interaction Prototyper at Magic Leap (https://www.magicleap.com/), discusses his hybrid practice in software design and prototyping, specifically on efforts linked to user interaction/ experience prior to his current stealth role.
Along the way we'll discuss opportunities where wire-framing might be bypassed in favor of a sketch or prototype, collaborating with engineers, quick and dirty usability testing, and evolving a prototype into a tool for the masses.
