IxD Session: A conversation with Michael Chen & Lim Shiyun from Zendesk

This April, we'll be chatting with Michael Chen (https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-chen-18bb632b/) & Lim Shiyun (https://www.linkedin.com/in/shiyunlim/), from Zendesk (http://www.zendesk.com/)! And obviously we use the word chat because they have been the pioneers behind letting businesses chat with their customers right from their own website.

About Michael & Shiyun

Mike and Shiyun are designers in Zendesk working on the Chat and Message products. They're part of an international team of designers, engineers and product managers who make kickass customer support tools.

Mike was previously a co-founder at Minitheory (http://www.minitheory.com) and an early stage employee at a fintech startup called inDinero (http://www.indinero.com/).

Shiyun focuses on thinking for the enterprise, and is currently a part-time design lecturer at Nanyang Technological University.

Agenda for the night

7pm – 7.30pm: Registration, drinks, snacks and networking
7.30pm – 8.30pm: Conversation with Mike & Shiyun
8.30pm – 9pm: Networking and drinks :)

We're hoping to keep the session really informal and casual where it is more conversational centric so bring along some of your burning questions to the session. The value of the meetup is as good as the questions asked :)
