UX Lean Coffee: Information Architecture (Intermediate level)

Details
Hi cool people - we are having two more Lean Coffees this year, one for intermediate and one for beginner level UXers. This is the meet up for intermediate folks.
We'd like to deep dive into a topic and really get to the crux of it, so here are the topics to vote from (or suggest a topic). Please vote before Monday the 28th of October.
1 - Cognitive load
2 - User testing best practices
3 - Information architecture
As usual, we will follow our Lean Coffee method of a swim lane for 'To discuss' , 'Discussing' and 'Discussed'; with votes on each. As suggested - we would like to set up the board a few days before the meeting, so keep an eye out for the board's link closer to the time.
