Paul Kriescher: Saving $ in your Building & leaving a proud Legacy

We heard from several people that 7pm would make it easier to attend, so from now on the speaker series starts at 7pm.

Paul Kriescher is president of Lightly Treading Energy and Design, an audit company that has been in the business since 1998, and has been contracted with XCEL energy to do home energy audits. There's probably no one in Colorado with more experience on that front.

Home energy audits help homeowners better understand how their home is using energy and how to make improvements to help lower their overall energy costs.

But it's not only about saving money.

Our buildings - be they homes or businesses - are a huge part of our ecological footprint where we can make a lasting difference with some advance research followed by some good decisions.

Note: We aim to start pretty much on time. The networking and reception starts after the talk and Q&A.

All learned something new. For me it was the EPA's Home Energy Yardstick tool, how it can easily be done by home owners, and I was also not awry just how big the climate impact of buildings really is. Read my detailed article in the upcoming June CRES newsletter to be posted Sunday:
