Some other forms of music may be represented here also (classical, some blues, and some latin-based music) but this group is designed mainly for jazzers.
Certain charities and/or charitable events may be represented here also, if they collaborate with some jazz group or groups.

Where will music and Tacos intersect this holiday weekend? 🌮
At Royal Oak Taco Fest with 4+ music stages serving up Tejano, Country, R&B, Pop, Funk, Blues, Jazz, Acoustic, Reggae, Alternative Hip Hop and....Luca Libre Wrestling even.This summer kick-off with Tacos, Cerveza, and Tequila is happening in downtown Royal Oak, July 3 - July 6. This street festival will include eats from over 50 taquerias and eateries plus a carefully crafted entertainment lineup that’s appealing to all ages. The event will feature some of the region’s most impressive musical talent line-ups, with a range of musical genres and styles performing all day that will please any crowd.
And if that's not enough, Tommy Chong of Cheech & Chong comedy duo will be on-site July 5th & 6th for a meet and greet at Jars Lounge.

6:30 PMThese FREE, all-ages concerts are sponsored by the Friends of the Ferndale Library. Each event will be hosted outside in the library’s courtyard, moving inside in case of inclement weather. Arrive early & bring chairs/blankets!
ABOUT THE ARTIST | Detroit’s reigning Queen of the Blues performs in our courtyard for any/all local music fans. For two decades, this multi-talented native Detroiter has graced and dominated Michigan’s most attended events with her signature blues/R&B style/energy!
