Your breath is the key that unlocks wisdom you already feel deep within you. It’s the pathway to feeling more ease, more peace, more confidence, and more happiness. Come sit together with like-hearted friends to explore what happens when you allow yourself to be present with what is without judgment, without control, and with great compassion for yourself and others.
The meditation shared in this group is based on the ancient Buddhist practices of calm/peaceful abiding (Shamatha) and loving-kindness (Metta). You won't use any type of breathwork just your natural breathing. My belief is if you can breathe, you can meditate.
We'll gather on Tuesdays at 7pm. Location TBD. Most meditations are 30 minutes. Occasionally a 45 or 60 minute meditation will be offered with advance notice.
Classes are donation based with a suggested donation of $10.
