This group is for people who want to practice their UX skills in a real-world environment. As UX designers, we always learn a lot of theory but sometimes it’s hard to find a place to practice. This group tends to fill this gap. Our goal is to create a platform where we all can learn new UX best practices from each other.
“We rise by lifting others”
We are welcome UX designers, product managers, developers, executives, and all-around tech folk to practice UX
As UX designers, we always learn a lot of theory but sometimes it’s hard to find a place to practice especially now during a pandemic. This meetup is for people who want to practice their UX skills in a real-world environment.
The goal of this meetup is to practice our UX skills by running a remote design sprint. We will be using mural.co, if you’ve never used it before I recommend you to watch a couple of tutorials on YouTube, it’s pretty simple though. The topic and a problem statement of the design sprint will be announced before the meeting.
It will be a short 2 hours design sprint so we will have a limited amount of workshops and we will be following this agenda:
Host lightning talk (10 min)
Icebreaker workshop (10 min)
HMW (10 min)
HMW sharing (30 min)
HMW voting (10 min)
Jobs to be done (30 min)
Afterparty, Q/A (20 min)
• Join Zoom Meeting 15 min prior to meeting starts so you won’t skip a lightning talk
• You will find a link to a Mural collaboration workspace in a Zoom chat
