Juho Vepsäläinen will be here from Vienna to take us all on a trip down memory lane, reminding us how we used to build static sites in the 90s, and then thankfully showing us how we can do it now using technologies like React, GraphQL, and webpack. You’ll learn how to use GitHub as your CMS and see the potential of that approach.

Watch in awe as Karsten Buckstegge, one of Jimdo’s own front-end devs, puts himself into a CSS straight jacket, locks himself inside of a cage, submerges himself upside down and blindfolded into a shark tank, then effortlessly emerges into a beautiful new world of cross-browser compatibility, all by simply channeling the power of Houdini.
