Based on the unique Jade Egg Holistic Practice, Kuan Yin Qigong and Tao of Moon Power that I created for women to follow their own Tao, it literally means 'The Way’: Allowing their inner beauty blossoming into their outer radiance. Spreading the harmony of their internal Universe into their outer world.
By evolving the path of self-healing and self-mastery you live life to the full!

And my aim is to keep sharing with all women who want to cultivate their feminine empowerment: To strengthen the yin energy of being receptive, intuitive, mystical; to trust and simply to be. KUAN YIN QIGONG was created by Anamarta with nineteen years of refinement and the belief of more than 5000 years of refinement of the Qigong itself. This internal martial art focuses on health that reflects on all levels of one’s being, cultivating the qi/chi/energy, and developing inner strength.

There are no specific pre-requisites for Level 1 training besides an interest in Kuan Yin Qigong. No experience is necessary.

About me, ANAMARTA
I dedicate my life to helping women access their radiant health and self-empowerment. I’m a pioneer of the Tao of Feminine Empowerment.
I qualified as a Taoist Master Trainer from Healing Tao UK. And became an Advanced Instructor of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.I have been sharing self-healing and self-mastery practices with thousands of women worldwide since 2007. Women experience these as life-enhancing and for many life-changing.
As a Martial Artist, I keep developing my practice through my full-time teachings and immersive training in China.
I launched the Unique Kuan Yin Qigong Teacher Training Retreat for Women in 2019, which was a great success. The following editions from 2021 were other epic events, with women travelling from all over Europe, the USA and Africa. And we look forward to this Summer!
In 2020, I offered an Online Re-TREAT due to the pandemic to give a taste of the Retreat. After receiving numerous requests, I created the Online Classes, a 7-week course with additional classes for the advanced level. These Courses have brought around 500 women from all over the globe so far.
