Hi all...if you love to run but found it boring to just run by yourself and need a push to improve your running distance or endurance....this group is for you. Like the title said : beginners...yes this group is for those who are looking to run short distance (< 8 km or 5 miles ). We could organize runs and maybe one day (pray) do the half-marathon...haha. We usually run on tuesday, thursday and sunday at GBK and CFD. No worries if you are a slow runner, the person behind you is slower...hehe.....So gear up....run and get those happy hormones kick ( believe me...it's the best in the world....besides KFC's skin hahaha).
