Enter the building via this main entrance. Expect a doorman to be there to let you through the secure door. He will then direct you to the elevators down the hallway to your left and up the the 4th level patio where the party will be.

Public restrooms are on the first level near the elevators.

Parking for One Monument Avenue Meetups

Parking options have changed now that as of March 2018 the parking structure across Lombardy Avenue from OMA is under new ownership.

Parking options now include:

11 spaces with signs “OMA visitor” on the right back side of the street level of the parking structure. Do not park in any of the spaces with signs reserved for Laurel Hill in that section. This is the section closest to Lombardy Street. These 11 visitor spaces on the first level are first-come, first-served and will not be enforced.

Parking in open spaces on the surrounding streets like Monument Avenue, Franklin Street and Lombardy Street is available.

Parking on the 3rd and 4th level of the parking structure is available for a $5 fee plus a $.35 transaction fee. The fee also is required for parking in any of the 26 spaces on the street level of the parking structure normally reserved for the First English Lutheran Church. This is the second section away from Lombardy Street.

Here is the procedure for the option to use the pay-a-fee parking spaces.

Download the Park Mobile App from the Apple Store on your smart phone and search for "Parkmobile" which also comes up Parkmobile USA, Inc. Here’s the link.

https://parkmobile.io

Enter the facility and proceed up to any unreserved spaces on levels 3 & 4. The app will detect your location and provide the option to pay the posted rate of $5 plus $.35 transaction fee. Enter your vehicle information and submit payment.

Signage will be posted on the booth at the entrance with instruction for parking and paying. There will also be Park Mobile App signage displayed on the booth that includes location number necessary for payment.

Randomly throughout the evening an attendant will be on-site to enforce the parking deck by verifying all vehicles’ license plates have been registered and paid through the Park Mobile App.

The penalty/consequence if someone parks inappropriately is a $35 citation and $75 boot fee.

The security gates for both vehicles entering the upper levels and pedestrians entering the stairwell will be open till midnight.
