Parking for One Monument Avenue Meetups.

Parking options have changed now that as of March 2018 the parking structure across Lombardy Avenue from OMA is under new ownership.

Parking options now include:

11 spaces with signs “OMA visitor” on the right back side of the street level of the parking structure. Do not park in any of the spaces with signs reserved for Laurel Hill in that section. This is the section closest to Lombardy Street. These 11 visitor spaces on the first level are first-come, first-served and will not be enforced.

Parking in open spaces on the surrounding streets like Monument Avenue, Franklin Street and Lombardy Street is available.

Parking on the 3rd and 4th level of the parking structure is available for a $5 fee plus a $.35 transaction fee all payable via app on your phone. Instructions are on the sign at the entrance to the parking structure.

The security gates for both vehicles entering the upper levels and pedestrians entering the stairwell will be open till midnight.
