Transform your favorite pet photographs into lively digital paintings. Students will be guided step-by-step through the process while learning Photoshop painting and illustration techniques. Class size is limited to allow for personalized instruction. Constance Christensen, instructor

Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and Photoshop experience. Students will use their own laptop with Photoshop installed (Adobe offers a free 30-day trial of PhotoshopCC). A Wacom drawing tablet is recommended. Once registered, students will receive an outline explaining how to choose the best photos for a successful pet portrait.

Your instructor, Constance Christensen, graduated with honors from Ringling College of Art and Design, majoring in fine arts. Upon graduation, Constance received a scholarship to pursue additional studies in painting at the South Florida Art Institute. She began painting digitally over 15 years ago, combining modern software with centuries-old painting techniques. She enjoys sharing the limitless creative possibilities of Photoshop with her students.
