Towards New Typology with Masa Sono from Clouds AO

Details
This is our 25th event, and we're thrilled to introduce Masa Sono of Clouds Architecture Office (http://www.cloudsao.com/), Inc.
Many breakthroughs in design/problem solving happens when we think beyond the conventional typologies in our field. Masa will share us his built and research-based projects focusing on the conceptual thought process. The projects will include architecture, public art and speculative works.
This is a fantastic opportunity for cross-cultural learning with creatives and entrepreneurs in our greater community. We'd like to invite new founders, established artists, and people thinking of starting their own company here in NYC to join us to share wisdom and information across borders. Join us and hang out afterward at a bar nearby!

About Clouds AO:
Clouds Architecture Officeis an idea driven design studio based in New York City. Founded in 2010 by Masayuki Sono and Ostap Rudakevych, Clouds AO approaches projects with an intellectual and artistic rigor.
Our explorations focus on the potential of the immaterial. We are interested in the experiential qualities of
architecture, ways in which form and material can elicit lasting emotional or cognitive revelation. Our goal is to create conditions that allow for a resonant experience by the synthesis of ideas through design. Learn more at: http://www.cloudsao.com/
