tele-net (America) was founded in Japan in 1994, with the hope of providing omotenashi-inspired customer service to the world. Their beginnings probably looked similar to yours—a tiny office; a small but dedicated team; a mission to succeed no matter what. They now have operations in four countries, providing services to companies throughout Japan, and the world. tele-net understands Japan’s dedication to detail and quality. They also understand that great customer service is crucial to your success in a new market. Having been in the customer service industry for over 25 years, they’ve supported many companies as they went from startup phase to international brands. Consumers will have great expectations of your offering, especially being a startup from Japan. Part of that expectation will be the high level of service that Japan is known for. By partnering with tele-net, not only will your customers experience omotenashi-inspired care, but you’ll have an ally that understands your vision and can accommodate the ever-changing needs of your growing company.
