Talk description:

TypeScript’s static type safety enables developers to build large-scale web apps with confidence, but can also benefit non-traditional web experiences such as visualisations and games. In this talk, we’ll be introduced to TypeScript and, alongside the Canvas API and Web Audio, apply it to reimplement the arcade classic Pac-Man, ultimately witnessing how well the language complements this use case.

We will also provide food and drinks on the night.
