Are you a beginner runner, aspiring runner, sometimes runner, or wannabe runner? If you’re slow AF (aka you run 13-minute mile or slower) but still want to be active, challenge your body, shed pounds, and meet new friends, join us!
Lace up your favorite running shoes, grab a bottle of water (and mask, because.... COVID) and let’s go!

Here's what to expect:
- Meet & greet with the community & make new friends!
- Few minutes of light stretching to warm-up
- 2-mile fun run (please go at whatever pace feels comfortable for YOU. You can run/walk, jog, or walk and we'll be there to support you and give socially distant high-fives).
- I'm Slow AF, too, and usually do a combination of running/walking
- Light cool-down and celebratory water bottle cheer
- Bring a water bottle, mask, and if you'd like to track your progress or time, I suggest the FREE Nike Run Club app for your phone.
