What we’re about
Jersey Shore Yoga will offer a 1x a week free beach yoga class. The beaches will vary from AC, Ventnor, Margate, Ocean City & Sea Isle.
This group will have cheap ongoing weekly yoga classes and yoga events held at various locations near the Jersey Shore.
All are encouraged to join. If you have never tried yoga come check out a class!

This class is a blend of gentle yoga and a smooth vinyasa flow. We'll start slow with deep, stretchy movements to ease into the practice, then gradually build into a flow that gets your body moving in ways that feel good. It's truly an all-levels class — the most important thing is to listen to your body and do what you can. Even if that simply means sitting on your mat and soaking in the energy, that’s perfect too.
After class, you’ll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and recharged.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're welcome here. Every yoga teacher brings their own magic, and what makes Mary's class special is how she guides you to connect with your body on an energetic level.
