Jewish meditation offers a path to health, personal growth and spiritual development. Everyone welcome, no prior experience is needed. Each session will feature study of classic texts, a guided meditation and ample time for reflection. Jewish masters, from the Bible through the Sages of the Talmud until today, used meditative techniques to quiet the mind, maximize health and to receive Divine wisdom. Modern neuro-psychology confirms their insights. Using the approach described by our Sages we will focus on the breath, achieving both joy and the insight that comes from a quiet mind.
