Before venturing into tech, she was working in private banking at Credit Suisse. She has a degree in Economics from UC Berkeley. Michal Tavrovsky is the managing partner at JVA. She brings over 7 years of experience working with startups, starting as the founder of Jews For Entrepreneruship organization, world's leading Jewish entrepreneur startup hub and event network. Before venturing into tech, she was working in marketing, business developent, and comunications. Michal holds a degree in Art from California College of Arts. David Weisburd founded Growth Technology Partners, Inc., a late-stage technology advisory firm in 2014. In Growth Technology Partner’s two year history the firm has completed over $300MM in primary and secondary transactions of notable companies such as Palantir, Spotify, One Medical Group and Birchbox. Prior to Growth Technology Partners, Mr. Weisburd played a founding role in two successful ventures. He was the founder and CEO of RoomHunt, a competitor to Craigslist which sold to RentLingo in January 2015, and he was founding investor of isocket, an ad marketplace that received $15 million+ in venture funding before being sold to The Rubicon Project in November 2014. Mr. Weisburd has been a Venture Capitalist since 2015, investing alongside Google Ventures, Fidelity Biosciences, Baseline Ventures, Maveron Capital, and Peter Thiel. Mr. Weisburd holds his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was the youngest graduate of the 2012 class.
