Teen Age Boxing Ages 11-17

Youth Boxing Ages 11-17. Boxing for girls and boys between the ages of 11-17 with the opportunity to get a great workout, learn boxing fundamentals, and develop valuable life skills like emotional management, self-discipline and mental focus. Classes accommodate youth of all skill and fitness levels. Teaching sport concepts and tactical games approach.

Senior Boxing Ages 50 and Up
