FRIDAY NIGHT POTLUCK AND CONNECTION LAB
Authentic Relating Games Night

Are you craving deeper connections in your life?

Do you want to experience more awareness/presence in your day to day life?

Do you ever have the feeling that you could be enjoying richer more authentic interactions with people?

Sometimes creating profound connection is as easy as looking just beneath the surface with whoever we are with, at any given time and simply being more present with what actually is.

Join Circling Johannesburg in welcoming Amy Silverman from NYC to lead us in social games that invite us beneath the surface and into a deeper experience of ourselves and others.

6:30-7:30 pm - Potluck Dinner
7:30-10 pm - Connection Lab
10-11 pm - Socialize and celebrate new rich and deep connections

Authenticity Games are a fun, highly-interactive partner and group exercise that explore ways of seeing, connecting, experiencing yourself and others at a deeper level. They are a safe and structured way for us to go beyond small talk and beyond superficial appearances.

During the Connection lab, you will be guided through a series of facilitated experiences that allow you to access a deep experience of yourself, others, and the group. The games are designed to encourage the development of qualities like empathy and presence, and skills like communication and genuine curiosity. While the experiences of connection to self and other accessed through these games are profound and personal, the games create a fun and accessible vehicle through which to learn these tools.

It’s an opportunity for us to have fun and celebrate with great people who are also wanting to explore what’s possible in connection.

Bring a friend, or come alone and meet some awesome new people.

When we celebrate and explore what makes each of us unique, we often end up realizing just how much we all have in common.

The Connection Lab Games portion of the night begins promptly at 7 pm and we will wrap up around 10 pm - we generally visit, continue to eat, socialize, and hang out in cuddle-piles after the games wrap up. Hope you'll plan on lingering with us.
