JourneyDance ~ The Dance of Transformation

~ Friday evening JourneyDance @ Evolve Wellness Cente ~

Back in our favourite space and time, join us for a class dedicated to embodying the energy of Autumn.

Our theme is ''Transformation''.

Through movement, ritual, chakra-work and sacred community, we will 'shed our old skin', release what is no longer needed, cleanse our mind-body-soul and make space for that which wants to be birthed through us.

We will be visiting much-loved choreographies, such as:
- Cave/Shedding skin
- Meet your Inner Shaman/Power Animal
- Fire Ritual Dance
- 'My Heart'

...as well as exploring new, beautiful (surprise!) movement rituals!

The elements we will be primarily working with are Earth/Fire & Air, but we will be moving and embodying all the chakras and elements through the classic JourneyDance flow, as always! ;)
