Are you a Junior Developer or newbie in the Tech industry? Do you sometimes feel anxious about work or question your own abilities? Are you excited to be starting your career and want to celebrate your accomplishments with others? You are not alone!

With this MeetUp group we hope to create a home for all things JuniorDev. We aim to guide and help your journey as junior developer in Malaysia.

We will be hosting a monthly get-together known as the JuniorDev Talk and Share. Here we socialise and connect with our fellow Juniors to swap stories and listen to 2 talks all while enjoying some food and drink provided by our generous sponsor.

Tang Tze Chin is a seasoned technology leader and long-time agilist, with nearly two decades of experience shaping how teams build and deliver software. As Director at Everest Engineering Malaysia, he brings deep insights into modern product development, leadership, and the evolving tech landscape.
In this session, he’ll explore where software development is headed in an era shaped by AI and global uncertainty, along with the real-world management challenges and opportunities that come with it. He’ll also share perspectives on career growth in tech, how product development is changing, and why many organizations still struggle to truly get Agile right — despite years of adoption.
