A bit about Jim Buchan
- Jim has over 25 years experience, in both academia and industry, mentoring and learning with software engineering teams. Most of his research in academia related to being curious about aspects of teamwork and ways of working in software product development. He is now semi-retired and this year climbed his highest mountain yet, at 3124m.

- Anran Niu is a Software Engineer at Canva (since 2023), where she builds platforms for enterprise integrations. She was part of the task force launching Canva's MCP Server.
