It's the end of the semester and you're graduating. It's the end of your first year on the job. You're three years in and you're wondering when you're going to "arrive". When does it start?
It's easy to get so lost in the code early on that you never stop to lift your head and look to your future.
Should you be headed somewhere by now? How do you map out your journey?
Slow down for a second and lift your head, we'll talk about role agnostic career planning and progression, and I'll show you how I do it and how you can take that knowledge and apply it to your own plans.
At the end of this session, you'll know the following:
* How to prioritize what things in life you want to plan for (i.e what's important to you, personally and professionally).
* How to actually draft a plan, and validate it with people who can help you with sage wisdom.
* How to maintain that plan, be flexible, and get 1% closer to your goals every day.
