This training session is designed for anyone eager to master the essentials of rope work in a real cave environment.
During this 3-hour session, you’ll:
🔹 Learn rope techniques for safe descending (abseiling) & ascending.
🔹 Practice in a natural cave with breathtaking limestone formations.
🔹 Gain confidence & skills to prepare for bigger expeditions.
🔹 Train under the guidance of licensed adventure instructors.

Things to bring for border crossing:
- Passport (please be aware that if you are refused entry at the Oman border control, you will need to arrange your own arrangement to return to Dubai)
- Visa application - online or to the border
- Oman vehicle insurance (if you don't have one, you can obtain it at the border crossing point)
What to bring for adventures:
- Sun protection: sunscreen, hat/cap
- Clothes to change.
